The purchase agreement includes a monthly service fee of $0.75 per m², covering:

Once the complex is operational, owners can opt for a fully managed rental service through the on-site management company, offering complete transparency in rental operations. Services include:

Rental income will be shared between the management company and the apartment owner based on the terms of a mutually agreed contract.
