First, its prime location in the geographical and tourist heart of Batumi ensures a constant flow of visitors and long-term value. Situated in a newly developed, modern district free from Soviet-era residential buildings, the area’s skyline of contemporary skyscrapers along the Alley of Heroes evokes the dynamic ambiance of Dubai’s waterfront districts. With multiple casinos planned for the Alley, this area is rapidly earning the reputation of being the “Las Vegas of the Caucasus.”

Importantly, the Alley of Heroes is the only area in Batumi being developed strictly according to the city’s official Master Plan, which guarantees:
